CRKN is pleased to announce a new release of MARC records for the Canadiana Online collections.
As of February 25, 2019 over 3,000 additional records are available for download, representing updates to the MARC records for Canadiana Online periodicals and the remainder of the Canadiana Online monographs. The next release is anticipated for March 2019 and will include records for the Government Publications collection. In addition to the MARC records, CRKN is working with the Serials Management Sub-Committee to provide KBART files to link resolvers.

To be alerted by email when new MARC records are available, sign-up for the CRKN newsletter and select “MARC records” under “Send me news from”.
If your library subscribed to Early Canadiana Online (ECO), we encourage you to add the Canadiana Online collection to your catalogue. ECO is a subset of Canadiana Online, and new material is being added to Canadiana Online regularly. Canadiana Online includes the 6 million pages of ECO content as well as an additional 13 million pages of monographs, periodicals, annuals and newspapers. As a reminder, as of January, 2019, the subscription paywall to the Canadiana collections was removed and access to these collections is available at no charge to users.
